Excellent illustrations. Wonderful story line. I can read it again and again and we never tire of it. Kids know it off by heart and love looking at the bottom of the page to see what the mice do with the fabric. The pictures are so detailed of shtetl life and so many little details are put into the artwork. A wonderful present for a new baby boy or an opsher gift. Highly recommended.
